All Camps - All camp classes will get a t-shirt (after it is turned into a work of art!), daily snack, and explore a variety of art techniques.
 
Go Native!- We'll leap back in time and visit with Native Americans during this exciting week. We'll explore Native American art & culture through painting, mixed media, pastels, printmaking, and more! Past and current Native American art forms will be examined as well. Projects will differ and be appropriate for each age group.
Cost: Grades K-1 - $140; Grades 2-4 - $140
 
Castle & Kings - Love Medieval history? Budding prince or princess in your home? This class will explore the magic and myth of the Middle Ages. A variety of art techniques will be used including painting, printmaking, mixed media, and more! Art of the Middle ages will also be examined. Projects will differ and be appropriate for each age group.
Cost:  Grades K-1 - $140
 
The Magic of Line - This class will explore the beauty of line through drawing with a variety of mediums such as pencil, charcoal, and pen and ink. We will also explore the use of line in finished art by carving a linoleum block for printmaking. (***please note..this class changed subjects from If It's Paper due to popular demand for a more "drawing intensive" class. If your child likes to draw, they will love this class!***)
Cost: Grades 5-8 - $140

Camp Information

Cost
All supplies included, no registration or supply fee. Session costs may vary depending on how many days in each session. See class descriptions for more details. Only sibling discounts applicable for Summer Session.  

Registration
Register your child for the grade he/she will be entering in the fall. Please contact me at charlotte@demolay.com or 214-450-9800 to register. 20% Deposit required to hold a place in class.  Siblings get a 10% discount on each additional child.
After May 31st, deposit is not refundable. Sorry to be so strict but I have to order supplies ahead of time!
 
Class Size
Preschool & High School- Min of 3, Max of 6 ~ Elementary, Middle & Jr High- Min of 3, Max of 7
 
Makeup Policy
Due to the nature of art classes, makeups will not be allowed.  Every effort will be made to catch up your child in the next class. Sometimes projects may be able to be finished at home with some guidance. No refunds for missed classes as I have to purchase supplies ahead of time.
 
Messy Disclaimer
In order for art to be fun, sometimes it has to be messy! I will provide smocks but sometimes accidents happen and stuff leaks through smocks or shirt sleeves are pushed up with messy hands. Please dress your children appropriately for art!  I am not responsible for stained clothing!
 
Fine Art Discount
All currently enrolled students (and/or their parents!) get a 10% discount when purchasing my artwork or commissioning a painting.
