Just a little art fun

I don't have much art news right now as I'm finishing up my classes this week, preparing for my Holiday Open Studio, and desperately trying to learn css and get my web update complete!!

I'd thought I'd post what happens when art does what it does in our house and takes over your life! This is my husband and myself on our way to a Halloween party last month. I was Modern Art and he was a Paint-By-Number. Was this my creative genius? no..HE actually thought of this costume! Maybe the paint fumes are getting a little too strong some evenings!

It never ends!

Well..Huffhines is over and before I can even come down from the adrenaline rush I need to get ready for my Holiday Open Studio.

The art booth went well. I met a lot of wonderful people and many were interested in my paintings, especially the pet portraits. I think 1 out of every 10 people had a dog with them this past weekend.

My booth looked the best it ever has. I'm hoping these booth shots will help me get into a few Spring shows!

Now I'm busy busy busy finishing my Fall session of classes and getting ready for the Open Studio. Enrollment for Winter Session is going on right now. Some classes are already full so if you are thinking about enrolling yourself or your child, contact me quick!
