Artfest 2007-Build me an Ark!

Ok..so my first real art festival was..well..WET! VERY..VERY...WET! The drought Texas has been in for over a year was officially ended because of all the rain this weekend! Oh well..can't do anything about the weather.

I sold a few small paintings and (hopefully) met a few new collectors. I definitely learned a great deal from both setting up and operating the booth as well as other artists. I'm already looking forward to my next festival!

Thank you to those brave friends and fans who came to see me and to those who couldn't...I understand! You really needed a boat to get out this past weekend.

I'll be on vacation for the next couple of weeks so no updates to the web for a little while. When I get back, I'll be posting the new paintings as well as my winter and spring art classes.
